Lucile Palancher,
CYT, CTMP, CBP
Director of Spectrum Yoga
Lucile Palancher has always been drawn to
the arts of movement and dance as a way to acknowledge the beauty
of life. She believed that when connected with the wisdom of the
body, true healing can occur. Lucile was amazed as a child in her
father’s medical library by the art and science of Traditional
Chinese Medecine. She discovered that only when all systems are
operating optimally and energy is flowing freely, one becomes free
from pain and dis-ease, yielding a fuller life experience.
Today throughout all of her practices, Lucile brings together the
ancient dance of yoga with the body-mind-fitness phenomena to harmonize
one's physical, mental and emotional bodies.
|
| Lucile’s
awareness and honoring of individual’s needs carries throughout
her group and private practices. Her personal training with close
attention to detail provides a more comprehensive in-depth, holistic
approach.
Lucile's intent is to achieve deeper
communication, balance and flow in the body, mind and spirit. This
deeper state of homeostasis is reached through yogic-based principles
of breathing, tailored exercise, balanced nutrition and relaxation.
These are reflected in Spectrum
Yoga’s 5 Pillars of Health/Wellness which
consist of:
1- Healthy lifestyle and meditation
2- Nourishing, living foods
3- Yoga and mindful exercise
4- Massage/bodywork
5- Herbal/nutritional integrative medicine
