Thai Vinyasa Healing Arts is a Revolutionary System that utilizes state-of-the-art Movement Therapy and Bodywork, Energy Medicine, and the Martial Arts Matrix to optimize Wellness and Internal Communications.

Thai Vinyasa Healing Arts is both dynamic and subtle with the power to make transformational changes in: Posture and Alignment, Breathing, Attitudes, Soft tissue pain and Ease of movement.

Thai Vinyasa is a natural evolution from Thai Massage, an ancient healing method rooted in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, traditionally used on buddhist monks, yogis, and martial art practitioners.

The practitioner, moving in a rhythmic manner, lengthens the whole body of the receiver, opening hips, releasing shoulders and restoring natural flow of "sen" lines (Thai meridian lines).
The subtle alliance of power and smoothness linked with empowered breath reaches even the deepest structures of the body.

MANY PEOPLE HAVE EXPERIENCED RELIEF THROUGH OUR THAI VINYASA APPROACH, such as chronic back pain, migraines, old injuries and bio-mechanical challenges.

Unlike the more static Western massage, the complete Thai Vinyasa incorporates assisted yoga stretching, acupressure, energy meridian work, gentle twisting and rocking to open, exercise and revitalize every system of the body. Thai Vinyasa employs a wonderful flowing sequence of stretches and pressure is applied not only with the thumbs and palms but also elbows, knees, and feet.

Thai Vinyasa greatly enhances strength and flexibility, and helps to regain ease of movement. Thai Vinyasa is extremely beneficial for those who find themselves sore, stiff and tired from overexertion in sports or work, or from arthritis and debilitating conditions.

MORE ABOUT THAI MASSAGE HISTORY

Thai Massage, also called Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Yoga Therapy, Nuad Phaen Boran or Nuat Thai is an Asian healing art traced back over 2,500 years ago. Exact origins are not fully known, yet teachers culturally have followed their lineage to a Jivaka Komalaboat (Shivago) who was a physician and renowned healer to the Buddha and Kings.

Ancient Traditional Thai Medicine is a holistic natural approach to wellness developed over the many centuries, which includes proper nutrition, herbal remedies, balanced physical exercise and the therapeutic Thai Massage. Similarly to Ayurvedic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Thai Medicine considers that pain or disease is the mere manifestation of an imbalance or obstruction within and/or a toxic environment. As with most Asian medicine the focus is not merely treating the symptoms of diseases and ailments, but finding the source of the imbalance, correcting it and maintaining health and well being.

Paintings inscribed on temple walls at Wat Po in Bangkok illustrate that energy lines flow throughout the ten major channels (sen lines or meridians) of the body. For centuries Medical practitioners have successfully treated most ailments by using Thai Massage to restore a harmonious flow of vital energies throughout the body.

Thai Massage is now world-famous for its deeply therapeutic, relaxing and invigorating effects with the power to make permanent changes.

"Receiving a Thai Vinyasa with Lucile was the best hour and half of my life! I felt as if I had lost 20 pounds after the session. I felt so long, so light and energized." -Kristin Gembis, Marathon Runner-

"When Lucile works on me, I know I am in good hands. She pays attention to every little detail. The combination she uses of stretching and pressure points stimulation along with my deep breathing helps immensely my asthma and works wonders to open up my chest and shoulder muscles." Cori Smale, Massage Therapist

Some of our TESTIMONIALS

"I have been traveling through Asia where I experienced Asian bodywork & healing arts such as Thai Massage & TuiNa. I can say that none of the sessions had the healing skills that intuitively come out in Lucile's sessions. She makes it up as she goes. Some of the postures don't even exist. Lucile is an intuitive healer with the rhythm of a dancer." -E.C.-

"My experience with Lucile and her (...) Thai Vinyasa, (...), doesn't compare to anything else I've ever received and I've been around the "healing block" several times, living in Boulder, CO.
There were several chronic conditions that either changed for the better or over about a week have healed!! And this is after just one session! I am astounded! There are healers and then there are healers! Lucile is the real deal."- Jeanne Natre, Holistic Practitioner.

"I met Lucile at the Body Mind Spirit Festival where I had my first Thai Vinyasa experience.
I honestly was not expecting much, but to my surprise, my headache was gone after a short mini-session.
Even more dramatic was how I felt the next day. First, I woke up sleeping on my back (my favorite position) and was able to get out of bed with no pain. I haven't been able to sleep on my back or be pain-free when getting out of bed for months.
Second, my mobility was much improved and it lasted for days. Even my friends commented on how much better and more confidently I was moving around.
As a result, I've started to resume my athletic activities and am very happy about that!
I've been through many sessions of physical therapy and other treatment modalities due to injuries I sustained. Thai Vinyasa with Lucile is my treatment of choice because it provides long-lasting physical relief and mobility improvement that I can build upon for more results and more progress."- Lauren L., Researcher

"I have suffered from chronic headaches for 25 years - I had a headache literally every day. After treating with nationally reknowned head pain management physicians, I experienced substantial improvement, but I was taking strong prescription medications. I thought I'd try Thai massage on the recommendation of a colleague and I found Lucile on the internet.
The results have been astounding! My headaches have decreased 95% and I
no longer take the medications
.
With careful stretching and strong but delicate work, Lucile tunes my tight and strained muscles like the strings of a violin. My body and joints feel more limber and I actually feel taller after the sessions. I had tried deep tissue massage, physical therapy and rolfing before with limited success. Lucile's treatments have surpassed even my wildest expectations -- and I am a realist! I truly consider these treatments as part of my health care regime - I have been able to avoid stressing my organs with pharmaceuticals and I have found pain relief at
the same time." -Diana McBroom, Attorney-

"I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my massage last Friday. Not only was it a very positive experience for me during the massage, but afterwards as well. I was amazed that I didn't have any pain anywhere in my body for a good 36 hours. That is something I never feel. I always hurt somewhere, whether it's my wrists and elbows from computer work, or my feet from plantar faciitis, or the SI pain I described to you. Instead, I felt free and totally relaxed. I also didn't have my usual sugar cravings. (...) Thank you for a beautiful experience. You are an amazing woman." -Dena Serrato, Engineer-

"After having a Thai Vinyasa, I played my best game ever!" -Gary Griffin, Golf Player-
