in a flowing, dance-like sequencing.

back and joint pain. No previous experience is necessary
in this individually-based class. For beginners to advanced

CHILDREN
YOGA
Fun,
Exercise and Focus with this innovative yoga series. Children
will discover themselves from inside out with movement
and basic anatomy. They will become familiar with playful
postures and movements that mimic animals and the elements
of nature. This creative program helps young people to
develop flexibility, strength and coordination.
YOGACIRCUS
CLASSES
YogaCircus is an imaginative, fun-filled experience designed
to strengthen self-confidence, trust, balance and teamwork
as well as health conscious choices. YogaCircus combines
the depth and consciousness of yoga with the communal
ceremony of circus. YogaCircus teaches children that with
focus, attention and practice they can accomplish anything.
This creative program empowers them to take an active
role in their own health and well-being. They learn how
to develop healthy bounds with each others as well as
self expression through movements, music and breath. Children
develop new possibilities for play and communication.
This series will culminate with an exclusive performance
for parents, relatives and friends! Dress comfortably;
bring a yoga mat, a hula hoop and a small instrument (from
drums to spoons).
